Saw a woman get thrown from a horse in the park this morning.

Dog bolted down from the hill and snapped at the horses legs.
The riding instructor yelled instructions at the pupil, but the horse reared.
Unfortunately the animal had pirouetted off the soft dirt track, and onto the asphalt pathway.
Wasn't much of a sound from the impact of the woman hitting the ground.
She didn’t move at all. Horse cantered off.

Guy in Lycra bolted over, and several walkers had their mobiles out, and the ambo was there within 15 min (I reckon.)
Instructor eventually rode off to find the horse.

Usually when I see dogs cut loose and ‘go for a horse’ the owners are pretty much onto it immediately, and drag the dog off.
The owner of this dog (looked like a blue heeler mongrel) didn’t seem to know that the dog had gone until after the woman had hit the ground.

Second week of Seafood cooking course, and photos have been requested.

This is a Flat-head stack.
A Smashed potato is set in a bed of Salsa, onto which is balanced a pan fried round of Flat-head fillet (we were shown how to fillet, next week we get to wield the knifes,) christened with a dollop of hand made extra virgin Mayo, and capped with a potato Rosti.

The one in the background is a better example of 'stack' construction :-)

Knocked off the last couple o episodes of Glee last night.

Very satisfying.

Mr Shu almost belts his psycho wife in the chops and finally splits

(don't think there hasn't been an episode where I haven't yelled at

the screen 'get the hell out dude! she's going to 'go bunny boiling'

any sec now!)

Mr Shu almost belts Sue with a 'C' in the chops, and finally karma

snaps back and does belt her one.

Finn finds out that his girlfriend is carrying an other guys kid, and

belts Puck in the chops (I keep thinking Mid Summer Nights when anyone

says his name.)

Kids belt out the all time fav, Van Halens Jump (while jumping on

mattresses, Classic!)

Kids win sectionals (ahhhhhhh, completion.)

Fav moment of the series.

There's been a few but two bits stick in my head.

The Footy team belting out Byouncie.

Rachael's high note (hell it was a squeal/squeak/squawk) at the end of

an amphetamine soaked 'Walking on Sunshine' mash-up.

I hear Joss Weldon wants to write an episode???

Signed up for a sustanable-seafood-cooking-evening-course.

First class last night, and as soon as the teacher had finished

discussing the sustainable fisheries we would be consuming over the

next eight weeks, he offered us a glass o white. NICE! I can now whip

up a decent Mussels in white wine sauce.
