I like to get my DVD’s from the local library.

Libraries tend to have a more interesting collection of titles then the local video shop.

This weeks rentals….

  • Lord o the rings, the second one (my mate has gone to Africa and I’m babysitting her DVD collection. She has LOTR one and three.)
  • Red Dwarf III (Brit sit com)
  • Desperate Teenage Love Dolls (underground cult type thing that was a little TOO Cheap.)
  • Spirited Away (if you haven’t seen it, you have missed out big time.)
  • Proof (Ozzie movie from the early nineties, where Agent Smith express’s more then one emotion.)
  • Dead Man. (Jim J. art house flick)

This is a stream of consciousness vid featuring Syn city.

  1. [this is good] Good movies! Hey, I've seen Proof. That was a good movie.

Is Spirited Away that anime movie that everyone was raving about a few years ago?

  2. What repeatedly strikes me about Australia is (1) its spaciousness, (2) how laid-back and fun-loving the Aussies seem and (3) the lack of obesity that's diseasing the States.

  4. Wow,  you've seen Proof! Cool as. I forgot to mention that Russel Crow is in this flick too. I guess more people know him ;-)
Spirited Away IS that amazing Anime that people were talking about a few years back. It's an amazing work of art.

  5. I guess it looks spacious cause there is only twenty million people clinging to the edges of a continent.

Everyone looks relaxed cause the only things that are trying to kill us is the local fauna. And we are too far away for anyone else to bother coming over to pick a fight. And we don't really have anything that anyone else wants, apart from decent beaches, and you can't run a car on sand.

I know what you mean bout the obesity, but I get a bit confused cause we regularly top the list of world fatty's, but I don't see it????

  6. Thanks. It would have been funnier if someone had caught his nads on the fence as he went over ;-)

  7. I don't either, in photos, and my father and stepmother who lived in Australia report that Aussies are far slimmer than Americans. I am certain that this nation takes the cake, no pun intended, as the most obese in the world.
